6-SESSION YOGA and POSITIVE THINKING COURSE Study of practical Yogic approaches for developing a positive outlook, positive habits and inner peace. Learn the art of changing negative thoughts and habits into positive ones and turning challenges into opportunities, as well as concentration and meditation techniques for creating mental and emotional equilibrium and finding inner peace. Each session includes one hour of yoga and meditation and one hour discussion Mondays 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, starting May 18. Sliding scale: $80 - $110/ course.
6-SESSION MEDITATION COURSE Theory and practice of concentration and meditation techniques for creating mental and emotional equilibrium and developing inner peace. A thorough introduction for beginners, an aid for refining experienced students’ practice. Thursdays 7:45 - 9 PM, starting April 24. Sliding scale: $70 - $95/ course.
